Medical Scholars Calendar
(Not Ready for Use until January 2025)

Instructions:

Please sign in as a new USER for this Calendar account. Remember your username and password.

Students:

You must complete the Orientation Program before scheduling any visits with medical professionals.
When you are ready to use the Calendar, choose which doctor and/or specialty you wish to shadow from the Contact List below the Calendar. If you have not yet signed in to the Contact List, please do so now.
In the Calendar, find the doctor’s available time slots. The 0 after the doctor’s name indicates that no students have signed up with him or her yet. Click on that appointment and enter your name, email and phone number in the Description area of the appointment. Then change the number after the doctor’s name to 1. If the number is already 1, change it to 2.
If the number behind the name is already 1, then one student has already signed up. Each appointment can take 2 students, so you can sign up with any doctor that has either a 0 or a 1 behind the name. If the number is 2, then that slot is full, and you’ll have to find a different time slot.
